While You Wait
Every Power of Positive Dance intensive is built on the same three things — no matter the style, age group, or level.
Technique taught the way the body actually works — alignment, strength, and safe progressions, straight out of Mrs. G's dance science training at Texas A&M.
Dancers of every level are met exactly where they are. No tearing down, no comparison — we don't do negativity here.
Dancers leave with real technique corrections, choreography they've genuinely mastered, and a whole lot more confidence than they walked in with.

When will new dates be announced?
New intensive dates are announced here and on social media as soon as venues and instructors are confirmed. Following along is the fastest way to hear first.
What should my dancer bring?
Comfortable dancewear, appropriate dance shoes, a water bottle, and a snack (unless noted as included). Most importantly — a positive attitude!
How does payment work?
Once registration opens, payment is sent via Venmo to @BetsiCateGaecke. Your spot is confirmed once payment is received within 48 hours of registering.
What is the refund policy?
Full refund for cancellations 7+ days before the event. Within 7 days: 50% refund or full credit toward a future intensive.
Can beginners attend?
Absolutely! All intensives are open to all levels. Mrs. G meets every dancer exactly where they are.
Can you bring an intensive to our studio or school?
Often, yes. Reach out through the contact page with your group size, location, and what you're hoping to work on.
